I performed the 1st 3 rounds with a 25 pounds weighted vest. You do not need to wear one though to get an awesome workout in. It’s just optional.

You can complete this killer ab workout pretty much anywhere. The only equipment you’ll need is a pull-up bar (If you do not have a pull-up bar no biggie. I have substituted a modification for it). This workout routine is one of our signature workouts called “500’s”. Typically this workout routine consists of 500 total reps but… this one actually has closer to 800 total reps. Don’t be intimidated though, all my clients and myself got through the entire workout in less then 45 minutes yesterday. You will be asked to complete 5 exercises for a specific amount of reps and and will stick with that exercise until you have gone completely down the letter of reps. Each exercise starts at 10 reps and go down the ladder by subtracting 2 reps each time through.

This was a tough one!

This workout routine is one of our signature workouts called “Unbreakable”. You will be asked to complete 5 exercises for a specific amount of reps and for time. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, if you do not complete to asked amount of reps in those 30 seconds, you’ll have to complete an “Unbreakable” exercise immediately after your time is up.

Why? Because you broke!
