This was a tough one!

This workout routine is one of our signature workouts called “Unbreakable”. You will be asked to complete 5 exercises for a specific amount of reps and for time. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, if you do not complete to asked amount of reps in those 30 seconds, you’ll have to complete an “Unbreakable” exercise immediately after your time is up.

Why? Because you broke!

Exercises:

  1. 10 Box Touches (there & back equals 1 rep)
  2. 13 Pull-ups (if you use a band modification, you’re asked to complete 18 reps)
  3. 20 V-Ups
  4. 24 Total Push-Ups (8 regular, 8 wide grip & 8 military pushups)
  5. 5 Three Box Offensive Agile Jumps (there & back equals 1 rep)

 *Unbreakable Exercise is 10 High Knee Jumps (as shown at the end of the video)

How to Perform an Unbreakable Workout

Round 1

30 Seconds of exercise 1 (Unbreakable exercise immediately afterwards if you didn’t get the asked amount of reps in 30 seconds)

1 Minute Break

30 Seconds of exercise 2 (Unbreakable exercise immediately afterwards if you didn’t get the asked amount of reps in 30 seconds)

1 Minute Break

30 Seconds of exercise 3 (Unbreakable exercise immediately afterwards if you didn’t get the asked amount of reps in 30 seconds)

1 Minute Break

30 Seconds of exercise 4 (Unbreakable exercise immediately afterwards if you didn’t get the asked amount of reps in 30 seconds)

1 Minute Break

30 Seconds of exercise 5 (Unbreakable exercise immediately afterwards if you didn’t get the asked amount of reps in 30 seconds)

Repeat 4 more times!
