MMA Training
Leave your ego at the door! Everyone in this class is working to improve their skills and the skills of everyone else in the room. It is lead by Coach Jay Estrada. This program teaches the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu with focus on grappling and self-defense. In each class, clients will develop offensive and defensive skills in guard, side control, half guard and full mount. Classes are ran as followed: 10% warmups & drills, 60% situational technique and 30% live situational Jiu-Jitsu.
