This workout routine is one of our signature workouts called “LADDERS”. You will be asked to complete 5 exercises for a specific amount of reps and and will stick with that exercise until you have gone completely down the letter of reps. Each exercise starts at 10 reps and go down the ladder by subtracting 2 reps each time through. 


Exercises:

  1. Medicine ball slams & medicine ball front squats (Sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2)
    1. I used a 50 pound ball but use what you feel comfortable with
    2. Complete all the reps for slams and then immediately complete all the reps for front squats
    3. Repeat this cycle until you have completed sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2 and then move onto the next exercise
  2. 6 mountain climbers & 2 push-ups = 1 rep (Sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2)
    1. Repeat this cycle until you have completed sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2 and then move onto the next exercise
  3. 2 Pull-ups & 1 burpee = 1 rep (Sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2)
    1. Repeat this cycle until you have completed sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2 and then move onto the next exercise
  4. Frog jump burped = 1 rep (Sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2) 
    1. Repeat this cycle until you have completed sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2 and then move onto the next exercise
  5. 2 Rows & 2 flies = 1 rep (Sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2) 
    1. Repeat this cycle until you have completed sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2 and then move onto the next exercise

Round 1

10 reps of exercise 1

(30 second break)

8 reps of exercise 1

(30 second break)

6 reps of exercise 1

(30 second break)

4 reps of exercise 1

(30 second break)

2 reps of exercise 1

(30 second break)

Repeat the same way for the remaining exercises
