No equipment needed for this workout! All you need is a timer and about 35 minutes. 

 

Exercises 

  1. Hip Touches (left side)
  2. Hip Touches (right side)
  3. Flutters 
  4. Plank Hold
  5. Banana Hold
  6. Superman Hold
  7. Prayer Cross
  8. Side to Side Core
  9. Knee Tucks

30 Seconds of Exercises 1 

(5 Second Break)

30 Seconds of Exercises 2 

(5 Second Break)

30 Seconds of Exercises 3 

(5 Second Break)

Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds then move to Round 2
