You ready for this signature KO Trained 6 pack abs workout?? With this workout you’ll be asked to climb both up and down the ladder by adding and/or subtracting reps each time through. Great for building lean muscle and stamina.

Exercises 

  1. Massin Twists 
    1. Right + left = 1 rep
  2. Resistance Band Feet Raises 
  3. Resistance Band Pulldown  
  4. Oblique Crunch 
    1. Do the right and left side for the asked amount of reps
  5. Resistance Band Twists 
    1. Do the right and left side for the asked amount of reps
