5 MOST COMMON MISTAKES WHEN PERFORMING THE SQUAT

Here are the 5 most common mistakes when performing a squat

1. Feet should be slightly more than hip width apart 

2. Toes facing forward

3. When coming down into your squat, do not collapse your knees inward

4. When coming down into your squat, you do not want your knees over your toes

5. Make sure to keep your heels on the floor at all times
