Dr. Katie is married with a one-year-old son and a crazy boxer named Mickey!
MIKE ERICKSON 
Mike is 58 years old and is passionate about health and fitness. He has been working out at Southside Knockout Training Center for 3 years and is a certified Functional Aging Specialist. After having a knee replacement and seeing how consistent exercise helped him regain his strength and mobility, he is now excited to train other people to enjoy the same benefits. 

Mike enjoys playing golf and tennis and is married with 3 children.
PAIGE JOHNSON
Paige is a longtime member of Southside Knockout Training Center and has been working as a trainer at SKT since July 2016. Her willingness and enthusiasm to help people of all fitness abilities makes her a great fit for our Functional Aging Training program. 

Paige is a certified Functional Aging Training Specialist and is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through health and fitness.

Morning Sessions
9:30am: Mon, Wed, Fri
10:00am: Mon - Fri
10:30am: Tues, Thur

Afternoon Sessions
5:30pm: Mon- Fri
6:00pm: Mon-Fri
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
 Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.

How Long Does It Last?
This program last 21 days so basically we will schedule up to 3 sessions per week for you during your Fit For Life - 9 Class Pass Program.
This program last 21 days... we will work with you and your schedule to get you in up to 3 times per week during your 21 days.

In order to get the full experience and effect of what I program has to offer we want you to commit to up to 3 session per week for a total of 21 days. If it was spaced out longer than 21 days (or 3 weeks) than you will not be able to reap all the benefits of what our Fit For Life Program has to offer.

Because this program is very hands on, meaning our trainers work directly with you to sure your form is 100% correct, we only allow 6-8 clients per trainer. So we must keep classes to a minimal so that you get the most attention you deserve and need to be successful. This also creates a fun and energetic environment with fellow Fit For Life clients keeping things lose while getting incredible results!

Our 3 sessions per week is our max for all clients in our program giving you the optimal time for recovery in between sessions and is the perfect exercise to rest ratio to help you feel great after a workout session and perfectly recovered and ready to go for your next session!
