WHAT IS SOUTHSIDE KNOCKOUT?
Southside Knockout Boot Camp and Boxing does one thing, and we do it better than anyone else. We're about delivering personal trainer designed and lead fitness and fat loss workouts in a fun, safe, high intensity group training workout program. Our mission is focused on getting as many of our local Chicagoland area residents to a healthy and fit lifestyle.

As Chicago's #1 Bootcamp and Boxing Center we feel that we have a greater responsibility to local Chicago residents and to the clients in the communities that we serve and the neighborhoods we operate our fitness center from. Which is why we believe in getting involved with our communities and contributing locally whenever possible. That's what being a good neighbor is all about. So when you step foot into our Southside Knockout Training Center you can expect a clean, friendly, and fun high energy workout environment that's not only a place to get fit and healthy, but a place to make friends with others in your community.
ABOUT BRYAN HARNEY
Hey, let me just start off by saying, “I get it”.

I have been training for close to a decade (as well as being a division 1, BIG TEN athlete), so I have seen it all and have heard all the excuses.

I get that you don’t have much time, I get that you try over and over again with little to no results, I get that exercise isn’t fun for you. Don’t worry, I am here to help by telling you that EFFICIENCY is the key to fitness success. I see so many people wasting so much time in the gym because they are simply doing things incorrectly. It’s not that they are doing the wrong exercises, but it is HOW they are doing them.

I will coach you through HOW to get the most out of every minute of your workout. You will burn more calories in half the amount of time that you used to workout, just by being more efficient. And the results will prove it.

Again, don’t worry, I am not even close to being a drill sergeant, so no in-your-face screaming here, just some fun motivation is all. You will actually learn that we can have fun while achieving results, and still have time for life’s adventures!!
