New Classes Added: K.O. Training (HIIT 1800)

Make sure to show up at least 5 minutes early for this class because we start immediately!
HIIT 1800 stands for (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training (1800) for 30 minutes straight or 1800 seconds. This class is for “All Levels” of athletic ability. Each class & exercise can be broken down and altered to fit your fitness level.

HIIT 1800 Class:

Bad News: This class push you to your absolute limits both physically and mentally.

Good New: You’ll get one of the best workouts you’ve ever had in ONLY 30 minutes.

K.O. Training (All levels. Full body conditioning Boot Camp).

Wednesdays: 5:30 – 6pm
                          6 – 6:30pm

We have added new day time classes and a new trainer to our staff at Southside Knockout. We welcome to our Ellen Harmening to our Southside Knockout Training staff.

ELLEN HARMENING (K.O. Training Instructor)  Ellen has been married for 22 years and is a proud mother of 3 children. At the age of 46, Ellen continually proves to be a great asset at Southside Knockout. Ellen is a CNT Certified Trainer in Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Eischens Yoga & Plant Based Nutrition. She has over 18 years experience in the exercise fitness community, training in everything from yoga to full body strength and conditioning. Ellen has been a member at Southside Knockout Training Center for over 6 months and has proven her skills and determination everyday she participates at SKT. We are very proud to have her a part of our staff.

Ellen will be teaching K.O. Training 12-1pm on Tuesdays and Thursday’s and Kettlebell Training Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30pm. Come out and try her classes!
